I have placed an order online on ** April **** from ShopClues of * dresses worth Rs.**** Cash on delivery, It was delivered on ** April **** .After the payment of Rs.**** in cash when I opened the order there was only one dress even there was no proper packing .
I have ordered * dresses worth rs.**** but only received one. I tried calling customer care but there was no option available of speaking to executive,then I have written tons of e mails to ShopClues support for return request .They are just replying attach images ,even after attaching images writing various prayers , warnings they haven't approved our return request nor they have refunded my amount.
I want my money Rs.**** and compensation for the problem I have faced because of their negligence,I have suffered a lot .I want my money back as soon as possible
