Vikram Purohit filed complaint against Shopclues com online shopping app on Sep 19, 2022
Please note that I was using the product for the past ** months but recently I was unable to charge it.Since the product was in warranty I had claimed for the service as the warranty period is not yet over further as there is no service centre of the company hence I am left with no other option but to approach you.
It seems from your unprofessional behaviour that you are waiting for completion of warranty period in order to get away from your commitment as per warrant provided by you.
The reply from your end that you have checked the product before delivery is unacceptable. Being an electronic equipment there is always a chance that the product may not function properly and that is the reason why company's like you provide warranty period. Do I have to explain such a basic thing to you.
I Once again request you to kindly resolve my issue .
If there is any further unnecessary delay from your end. I will be left with no other option but to approach consumer court.
An organisation like you should honour to the commitment you give to your customer.
