i have purchased a Pen drive From Shopclues Order No.********* for rs.*** which is faulty so i return the product and shopclues refund my money in their ClueBucks then I reorder (order no.********* for rs.***/-,becouse where can i use this money only to shopclues. after placed order they return the item even no one call or ask anything. their customer care also not responding no email how can i get my money back from these cheaters.
