I had made a purchase on july **th from jio mart my phone number ********** first i made the payment through sodexo coupon the transaction wasnt successful still amount got deducted..since then i have been putting up mails n making calls but im not getting any response abt refund.its been days that they have been telling i wil be getting a call but havent received one.The customer service have no idea as to how the issue had to be escalated.the mails i sent clearly mentioned the issue but still it wasnt solved yet..
