I have purchased * year subscription of joister broadband. Recently my connection was down from **th July to *th of August without any reasons. I had posted complaint over the customer care call and also sent email so many times and without any kind of feedback they close their complaint without any response. Connection was up from *th August to **th August ** am and later again it went down and still not working till date. Again I submitted complaint and every time I have been told that the issue will get resolved by tomorrow and will not happen again and also the technician will visit your home but technician never visits my home neither my issue gets resolved properly. It is just frustrating. I have submitted ** to ** complaint over their app for the same issue but they never resolve it.
