Joister Connect - Cheating in internet speed

I bought **mbps unlimited from Joister, its been **days continuous slow speed and unable to do work from home. Upon complaining at their office they simply tells issue is for everybody you are not special. I paid for **mbps and could not get the service, due to which i'm loosing work from home and unable to complete my work. Could you please file a complaint.
