Joister Connect - Internet not working

Hi Team,

My ticket ID is TKT****** with Joister Connect and I am a frustrated user of your services. Since almost the past * days I have been harassed mentally and emotionally by your pathetic, rude and no good use of contact center and field teams.

My net was not working and I thought of calling you guys, but my luck the support number never gets connected before half an hour hold, fun fact I always have to call a minimum *-* times in a day only to speak with some one and get a pathetic update as "Sir, humne complaint raise ki hai aur apke yaha koi technician nhi h issliye time laag rha hai issue fix karne me".

From * days every fucking day same update, feel like Kaliyug would see another Lord Vinshu's avatar however, no guys from Joister-Joker to fix my issue.

You guys should call yourself as Joker instead of Joister. Your contact center team does not have your local branch address if asked to give call to manager they say sorry sir manager nhi hai. I mean what the heck are you guys running out there.

I have not been able to work from home since past * days and no one is bothered to bloody come down and fix the issue, Instead I am informed sir apka router kharab h, sir apke area me major issue h, sir apke yaha technician nhi h.

If you actually want to fix the issue then please fix it or atleast fucking have guts to say no. I knew I might face such problem and thus I only renewed my account for limited time instead of annually.
