Joister Connect - Denied to provide service

Hi,
I recharge my joistar connection through the joistar website online mode.
Now I am facing connectivity issues from last week.(i.e from ** jan **** to till now).
I tried to call joistar support but they told me our service stops in your area for further details you need to contact a local person.
But now local person also refused to give support he told me you are paying for joistar as of now we'll not be responsible
for your connection.
