I had ordered a cake from swiggy amounting Rs. *** and first the agent had delayed the delivery for whole hour and half and when i got the cake it was completely damaged rendering it useless. Moreover when i had logged a complaint the support givers only offered a Rs. *** coupon on Swiggy which had to be used in next ** days, making it a compulsive compensation. The customer care is actually only saying that they just regret this occurrence with no actual intent on solving my problem by either refunding ***% of my order value in original payment mode or replacing the order.
