I have taken new Hathway broadband connection on */*/**. But from day one, I am not getting good speed. It was a ** Mbps connection, but I am getting *.* Mbps speed. I have called multiple times in the last * days, filed complaint, but no action has been taken. I am still not getting speed. For the last three days, they are saying that it will be resolved within * hours but it has not been done.
