LG - Side by side refrigerator bought 13 months ago breaks down LG unable to fix it

Refrigerator purchased ** months ago breaks down and LG are unable to fix it due to lack of availability of spare part. Despite repeated requests to resolve the issue quickly as a fridge is a necessity these days, LG has failed to address my complaint. Additionally they lacked professionalism as I was make to run from pillar to post to get someone's attention and it has been over ** days now the issues remains unresolved. The last I heard from their service managed is that the spare is in transit but he can't tell when it will reach them and when they can fix the Refrigerator. They have added to my suffering by being ignorant and not even bothering to keep me informed about the status of my issue, each time I have to take the initiative to reach out to them by calling different numbers several times every day for the past * weeks. I kindly request you to look into this and guide me in the right direction forward.
