I bought a double door refrigerator on **th Nov ****. Just after few months of using the refrigerator it started getting cooling issue since it was winter here so we did not notice but after * months we realized it has cooling issue so I called the customer care and the service technician came to repair it and after *,* months again the same cooling issue started, technician came repaired it and then again the same cooling issue. Within an year the technician changed the compressor too but still the same cooling issue persists after every two to three months of usage. Now again two months back the same cooling issue started this time technician told me that they have to take the refrigerator to the service center, after continuous complain they now tell me that there is an internal leakage so they will repair it and will charge **** INR and giving guarantee of just three months. Now the thing is what if again after three months it will get the cooling issue then again I have go through the same pain again. So this time I am going to consumer court if you will not replace my refrigerator or give me the refund. I am sure i have got a defective refrigerator when I purchased it. So I am requesting you to either give me a replacement or a refund otherwise I am for sure going to the consumer court. This is totally unacceptable from such a reputed company like LG.all the trust has been gone and I will be taking this case to every possible social media and print media channels.
