Gohil Jamiyatbhai Khushalbhai filed complaint against LG on Jul 3, 2024
Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to inform you that I am Jamyatbhai Gohil, i have purchase LG refrigerator on dtd **.**.**** and this product come with ** years warranty. Suddenly refrigerator stopped working we have complained *st time on **.**.**** and LG service staff mr. vikas singh came on **.**.****. Mr. Vikas Singh told us about compressor and it will cover in warranty and he will come up with new compressor. From that **.**.**** to **.**.**** we have daily called Mr. Vikas Singh for daily update but his phone was busy, out of coverage, switched off. In between of ** days we haven’t got message or any notice or updation from LG about compressor. And finally * LG service staff came on **.**.**** at *:** pm with wrong size compressor ( small sized) so they told us they will come again same day with replace with correct size. Again different * LG service men came at *:** pm and again they came with wrong size compressor (again small size) now we are tired of these mentally harassment. How long we have to wait for replacement. It was **th day today(**.**.****) and we are living without refrigerator. Please do something about it. All food items, vegetables, fruits are damaged. All food items we have to daily go to market and came with very small size because if we purchase more vegetables & fruits it will be damaged next day. We have to daily purchase RO water from market because our refrigerator is not working. Our guest came in weekends we have to serve him hot water because of your lack of service. So i request you to please do the neeful to solve this matter. We are tired of it. We will purchase new refrigerator of other brand & give notice to service of our mental harassment.
