Trying to contact your team on Okinawa customer support Number which never connects. This is very frustrating and disappointing that a company like yours never responds.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. I have been waiting for my vehicle repair & Service work to be completed for the past six months, as the dealer here has been reported closed and despite my previous efforts to resolve this issue, I have not received any satisfactory resolution.
I have previously written to your team, and the outcome was unsatisfactory. I feel like I have been ignored and that my concerns have not been taken seriously. As a customer, I expect better service from your company.
I rely on my vehicle to go about my daily life, and the extended delay in repairing it has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I have been patient and understanding throughout this process, but my patience has run out. I require urgent action to resolve this issue.
I demand that my vehicle repair & service work be completed immediately. If this is not possible, I expect a full refund of the vehicle cost paid for. I have been more than patient in waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, and I expect that your company will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.
