I have ordered * pair of shoes on newbalanceshoesindia.co.in worth amount ***** rs on **/**/****, after * days the status is showing pending, there is no confirmation mail and delivery mail. I wrote many emails but none of them where replied. I am really bothered about my money, they showed ***** amount on website and deducted ***** rs without asking for OTP. Is I am cheated? Is there any way to get money back.
