I have returned a product through self ship return and product returned successfully and product refund have been received BUT they are not giving me shipping charges cost refund i try to contact them many times but they made new excuse every time however I uploaded the courior receipt of delhivery with total invoice value (shipping cost) and tracking and LR number and stamp with signature yet they made unreasonable excuses and not giving my refund amount i request you to take action in providing my shipping cost refund as soon as possible.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
