Attatched please find a invoice copy of a wrong package delivered to customer but it's not updated as delivered . As such cannot process for exchange/ refund .
Please note that a dress is booked from Meesho app in cash on delivery mode and the dress is delivered. Delivery person collected the cod amount Rs.****, from customer but not updated as delivered.
On being contacted meesho, is saying "courier partner"informed that the product is not delivered . Whereas the item is delivered already and the order number and AWB NO. is visible in invoice copy attatched for your kind perusal . Can you please update regarding the same .
Kindly revert at the earliest.
