My name is Raj kumar and using jio fiber since ****. I am facing issue while shifting my house in the same city(Dhanbad). I raised the shifting ticket on **/**/**** but still no one reach to re install my device in new house. I talked Mr. Piyush Sharma , Mr. Raghav Jha but still not resolved my issue and one more thing they are forcing to buy new device with tv plan. My shifting order id - CO****T*ABXN
