Jiomart - Several items were missing from the order and i have gotten only partial refund so far

i ordered ** items from jiomart on *th of December **** ( order id: *****************M ) . when the order arrived there were only * items out of the ** items were there, the rest were missing.

when i contacted jiomart regarding this issue, they created a ticket ( ticket number: ********** ) and promised me a resolution with in a weeks time.

after two days i got ***.** refunded to my account for that order, and they closed the ticket. but actually the total amount that had to be refunded was ****.**rs. ( so still ***.**rs is pending to be refunded.)

i have been trying to resolve this issue with the cs team for more than a month now.

during this time period the cs had closed the ticket without any resolution several times. So i had to ask them to reopen it.

since last week they have stopped responding to my mails.
