I'm calling jiomart Customer support everyday after the *th working day waiting period.
They simply ask me to wait, They are not providing refund reference/transaction number.
Their template answer is "as soon as possible" I will get the refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
