A boys shorts was purchased on september * but since it was too big for my baby,returned it on ** september.item was not yet refunded.Raised complaint multiple times.called customer service many times they give a timeline but no refund.Then called escalation team as directed but no resolution but false promise.Its been * months to get a refund for returned item.App was not working fine.But no response for that too.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
