I stayed in Colive Springfield Kormangala Bangalore from *nd May **** - **st May **** (screenshots attached to prove my move-in date and move-out date), and for the same, I paid the registration amount on **th April **** to book my room and confirm the booking with a consensus that my billing cycle would be starting from May month itself. I have been in touch with several salesmen before making the final booking out of all one salesperson named Mr. Subham (M: +** ***** *****, E: subham@colive.com) was persistently after me to make the payment, probably because he was running after his April month's targets.
It was clearly communicated by me to him that I will be moving in on the *nd of May **** and no time before that, still he never educated me about raising the notice period one month prior to my move-out date.
After moving in on *nd May, and staying there for a few days, the property's caretaker Mr. Shiva (the only person who has been of any help in this situation) informed me about raising the notice, so I did the needful on *th of May **** as soon as I got to know about it. Naturally, it was not possible for me to raise the notice on *st May, as I moved in on *nd May, and was never clearly communicated about any such policy.
I positively vacated the Colive room on **st May **** and handed over the keys to Mr. Shiva.
Since past few days, I have been getting no less than threatening emails and WhatsApp messages from your company, mentioning that you are trying to reach out to me through calls and whatnot, but it is me who is trying to reach any of the concerned people but failing to talk to anyone.
Luckily, got to speak to a person from the Revenue team named Mr. Akhil (M: +** ***** *****, E: shreemayee@colive.com), who again helped me in no way and informed me that my move-out date has been registered as *th June **** in the system and that if I do not clear my dues then my case will be forwarded for legal actions.
By the last week of May, I started getting calls from my property manager Mr. Anand (M: **********) that I need to vacate the place by **st May to which I readily agreed, as I did not have any plans to stay for another month, had it been the case then I would have comfortably extended my stay for yet another month of June.
Now this is to communicate to you that I have availed the services of Colive for a total of ** days (*nd May - **st May) and not a single day extra, for which I have been wrongfully charged with the penalty and not to forget the threatening emails which are bombarded in my inbox for the past one week. The times when I needed assistance and help from customer service there was no one to help me, but when it came to imposing any wrongful penalties suddenly the communication has become super strong.
Even after that when I am trying to have a conversation to explain the whole situation and get some clarity there is a no-show from your end, this is nothing but a pure act of harassment that has been mentally torturing me and is challenging both my work & personal life.
