I am miss Ravina wayadande and this on s regarding to the Oppo F** model which is under manufactures warranty, which I baught **/*/**** attached invoice Copy.
Kindly note I am facing huge technical issues
Before * sep I got notification Colors *.* Software update then full Phone fractures are change then *nd day starting hang issue I'm contacting Oppo Customer care and they said visit our near by service center ,I had contacted Service center (Ghatkopar) they told me the *.* colors software is not working to your device and told do software to your old version and I'm ready to software my device then phone working properly
After the next day **sep Automatic colors *.* Software Updated same time I contact local service center they told me we update again software
But I don't have time to visit again and again service center I'm also working in Samsung Service and from **** to till I'm using Oppo's phone Do the needful
Favorable response either give Replacement for the same
Below problem:
•-Automatic Software update
*) Calling time auto recording on
*) All apps hang while using
*) Camera not working properly
Attached box & problem pictures
I need Replacement up gradation to android version, I'm fed up of getting is same fromatted again and again.
Now I have same problem faceing * time they did * time software done but problem not solve I had send mail to oppo but they also not giving problem solution last ** days
What can I do I'm in very trouble
Pls help me
Oppo India not support me
