I would like to update on the issues faced in my LG dishwasher for past *.* months and the poor response received from LG service team to address the issue.
The Service tickets no RNP************, which was raised on May **, ****, post numerous calls and follow-up the Service engineer turned up only on **th Jun, however the repair did not work and dishwasher again malfunctioned on same day, since the Ticket was closed another ticket was raised on **Jun**-RNP************ for the same issue, despite multiple follow up there is been not call/visit to address the issues, I was advised that an escalation ticket was raised on **Jun** VCP************, however the same still remains unresolved.
I have send a complain to LG India Managing Director as an escalation however there has been no response post that as well
As a valued customer who paid for the Service visit on **th Jun, it comes as a rude shock on the level of disservice rendered by LG service team rendering my dishwasher unusable for more than * month now, this is a serious case of non rendering of Service despite having paid the Service charges and is causing lot of hassles, inconvenience and very high additional cost of maid is being incurred due to poor/noon responsive Service from LG India. This has caused significant inconvenience and mental distress to the family.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
