Within a year of buying this product, It got ** times out of order. Currently it is still out of order for more than ** days, recently complain Id is RNP************ which is still pending to resolve.
While lodging complain each and every time earlier, it get resolved about an delay of average of ** days by *-* technicians. None of the single technicians resolved it in a single go.
During the repairing each and every time the technician suggests us to go for AMC. Is it fair to sell the faulty product by your company???
The above mentioned issues are sufficient to advise and order you to either exchange my product with new one or lift it without compensating it. Otherwise I will through this rubbish and worthless product out of my house.
If My Issues could not adressed within ** hours. I will be free to lodge a complain against above request Id to consumer forum and the company will be the sole responsible for incurring the legal expenses & the mental agony born by me.
