I have purchased AC from LG Electronics on **/**/**** and has been installed by Angamaly LG service centre. While installing the unit they made a wide hole in the wall for inserting the pipe inside the room and left this hole unclosed. Now the AC is not working because it is completely damaged by cutting the components by rats which entered the unit through the hole made by them. I have registered the complaint and the technicians told that it requires nearly ***** rupees for replacing the components. Also, they charged *** rupees for their visit for this.
