LG Electronics - Home theatre replacement issue

I bought lg home theatre with the model no Bh****h and after using it for * years I started to face some issue with it and then I contacted service centre to get it repaired. The service centre failed to repaire it and offered me a replacement for the product. I have been waiting for replacement since * months and there is no proper response from them.
