I HAD TAKEN SUBSCRIPTION FOR * YEARS FROM CLASS * TO CLASS * FOR MY SON.
NOW THIS YEAR HE IS PROMOTED TO CLASS *.
MY SON NISCHAY LOST HIS BYJUS TABLET'S SD CARD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORKING HE TOOK IT OUT AND THEN MISPLACED IT.
WE HAD SEVERAL TALKS WITH MENTOR MOBILE **********
HE ASKED TO DEPOSIT RS **** AS FINE WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY AND SENT HIM RECIEPT OF DEPOSIT ON EMAIL sangram.kesari@byjus.com ON *.*.****
AFTER THAT I CALLED MANY TIMES AND ASKED THEM TO DELIVER THE SD CARD.
NOW ON **.*.**** ONWARDS ONE DELIVERY PERSON COMES TO REPLACE THE SD CARD AND ASK FOR THE OLD SD CARD.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION SIR I HAVE LOST THE OLD CARD(CLASS * TO CLASS *) SO HOW CAN I RETURN IT. SINCE THEN THE DEMAND FOR OLD CARD CONTINUES EACH TIME AND MY CHILDS STUDIES CONTINUE TO BE IGNORED AND HAMPERED.
UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES I WANT TO GET MY REFUND FOR THE REMAINING SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND DISCONTINUE FURTHER.
PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
