I want to cancel the byjus course because of their bad services and the fake promises which they did at the time of taking the subscription,but now they are not fulfilling anything properly,the live classes are not so good and satisfactory.At the time of taking the subscription, the councellor who came at my home for councilling said to my parents that the byjus online class is enough for me to complete my study,but now one of the mentor is saying that I must join the school as well, but my parents can't prefer both school and byjus classes together for me because of their financial conditions and only studying by byjus is not so satisfactory to complete my study,he said to me and my parents that the byjus course will be cancel after two months if I don't like it,he doesn't tell us about the ** days return policy of byjus.Some subject they taught is not according to the syllabus or syllabus wise,they already started the classes without telling me and have completed most of topics and when I ask them to complete my remaining topics then they are saying that u go through NCERT,I just have arrived in **th how will I study myself the starting main things.They don't provide any clear information about anything like when classes will be started,it's cancellation etc.Now,I am totally not satisfied with all these things and I am not liking their services in this way,so I want this cancellation,I have mail them regarding the cancellation, but they are not responding anything.
