I had purchased a ola scooter (OD**BJ****), which is * year old now.
I have also taken OLA service care package for attending complains directly at my home, but to my surprise after taking the service care package i had to beg them to provide me service.
In the app you will never get slots for online booking, when you book service by calling them they open the ticket and then close it without attending the issue.
From last two months I have been booking and the same is continued till date.
I am feeling frustrated by continuing to call them for service.
Now I want them to refund my service care package amount, If in future any issue arises with vehicle I will take my vehicle to their service center for correcting it.
