I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service provided by No Broker in response to my request for an electrical check at my residence.

On ** Jan ****, I engaged No Broker's services for an electrical inspection due to a short circuit in my flat. I was prompted to make a payment of INR **** under the description of a "basic plan" for the requested service.

Subsequent to the payment, a representative from No Broker was dispatched to my residence to conduct an inspection. However, to my dismay, the inspection did not focus on the electrical points, which were the primary concern, but rather provided a report highlighting unrelated issues such as paint problems, tile issues, and chimney malfunctions.

Despite my repeated attempts through multiple calls and complaints, I have not received any response or resolution from No Broker. This lack of responsiveness and failure to address my concerns is both frustrating and unacceptable.

To facilitate a thorough investigation into this matter, I have attached the payment receipt and the report submitted by the representative during the inspection.

I kindly request your prompt attention to this issue and a swift resolution. I believe in the importance of customer satisfaction and trust that the necessary steps will be taken to rectify this situation.
