Jawa Bike - Service issues

I purchased jawa **** in June
But today i am waiting here for service *month ego
Just my bike standing at my home
Like Wastage matterial
Service center ***away from my home
Company can't help me in this
If i m jawa customer
They have to focus on it
What can I do,
