That said since Coronavirus is spreading massively. It has become a life threat for us to travel in this situation. We planned this trip to Bali from Bangalore with our hard-earned money and wanted to cancel the trip and get our money back. However, MakeMyTrip representatives are not supportive and totally denied this. For postponement of the trip, we are asked exorbitant sums. According to them, we will get a zero refund if the trip is canceled. I need help to get my money back. I am not canceling this trip due to my personal reasons, but due to this life-threatening virus. According to Makemytrip representatives, there is no issue to travel to Bali via Bangkok. And I should travel worry-free. I am surprised to hear such words.
