Ktm bike - Service centre fraud

I gave my ktm duke *** to Patparganj service centre for fuse issue on **th June **** after following up and complaining received my bike on **th of July. They changed my ecu, fan and thermostat centre stating that they were not working properly. But the next day the fuse again blew off now they are not able to give me any reason for changing my ecu and other parts as at last they said its an issue of wiring. If it was a fault of wiring then why did they changed my ecu which costs around **** and other parts making me pay a bill of **** which I don't have any clarification on as the bike was in perfect running condition except the fuse problem?
