Ktm bike - Sevice response and return time delayed

I had given my bike (duke ***) to ktm kasturba road,bangalore. It's been more than ** days since I gave my bike for service. They promised that they would give the bike in * days but they haven't given it yet ,but I had found out that my bike was kept idle for ** days when I visited the service centre because they weren't answering properly. They promised again that they would give the bike in * days but as soon as they found out that my bike has warranty they are stalling and denying to give answers about the how many more days itll take to fix it. The person's name who was responsible for my bikes' service was krishna.
