Ktm bike - KTM Service not skilled to fix an issue with the bike because of unskilled labour and charging hefty

With a recent incident (* weeks back), my bike KTM duke *** breakup down while riding.
Further on getting it to the service station - KTM authorised service station, Auto service in Banashankari near monotype.
They claimed that the teeth of gears inside the engine are broken along with clutch plate, after * weeks of work on the bike they are saying that the bike isn’t starting and don’t know how to resolve it and charging hefty amount even if I would want to get it fixed else where on labour.
Clearly the mechanics in this service station are lazy and unskilled.
How do I go about this problem ?
