On *st August ****, i placed an order via Zomato for ''Chicken Curry'Dish ' which was supposed to be fulfilled by a restaurant in Velachery, Chennai area called ''THE KUMARAKOM'' located at *ST FLOOR, NO.***, Velachery Main Rd, Thanthai Periyar Nagar, KAIVELI, Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu ******.
I received the order BUT i realized that they delivered BEEF instead of chicken. I immediately contacted ZOMATO & highlighted my concerns & sentiment hurts by serving me BEEF instead of Chicken & ZOMATO falsely assured me that they will help me on this matter.
However, ZOMATO is keeping mum on this matter and trying to get away from this entire scenario & has failed to compensate me for doing such a drastic failure of serving BEEF to a highly NON-BEEF Eater HINDU person.
Request you to kindly intervene in this matter URGENTLY & take necessary steps to penalize such restaurants/food aggregators for playing around with people's sentiments & beliefs.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
