Jiomart - Selling the products offline and cancelled the online booking orders

I have booking the order in JioMart and they are cancelling the items online customers and selling the items in blackrates/ commissions how cheap this is. Your taking our money and keeping with you around *-* days at the end of the day your initiation the refund. Are we expecting to refund as the items are critical your blaming the customer.
THIS Happened TO ME *rd TIME THIS WEEK ONLY. Customer support also promised me to deliver but they have raised there hand and simply blaming the customer. If we disagree the products to take as items are missing then they will make as customer not available so we are cancelling. How dare these guys are doing
