I am writing to file a grievance complaint regarding my refund issue with Excitel. My name is Siddharth Tewani.
I discontinued using Excitel's services due to a change in location and submitted the router to their facility in Rohini on **st November ****, in the starting they took a security of **** rupees. However, it's been * months since I submitted the router, and I still haven't received my refund. This delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.
I am also disappointed to learn that your representatives are asking me to pay approximately **** rupees for three months of service, even though you still hold my **** rupees security deposit. This is an unreasonable and unfair request.
While I understand that starting a connection may require advance payments, the prolonged processing time for refunds has eroded my trust in your company. I would like to request that you process my refund immediately and start my services again, with the understanding that I will pay any outstanding amounts once I have received my refund.
