Hello Team,
I took a rented property in Bangalore, on March,****, due to the problem between Owner and Nestaway they ofboarded the property from Nestaway but the security they said they will hand over to owner as I was still staying there but that never happened despite of multiple mails and follow up.
I went to their office spoke to manjunath who said he has raised the request for refund but there is no mail and sms.
As already informed by the owner of Shiva Kuteera (Mr Hemanth), I, Mohit Bhakat, (Tenant of Flat No- ***) had paid the flat rent from July,**** onwards directly to the flat owner’s account as he has off boarded the property with NestAway.
Please expedite the process of refunding the security deposit of Rs *****₹ as its been almost an year.
