Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - security amount not returned

I am attaching the screenshots of mail I recieved after the inspection done by nestaway on *th May of the flat I vacated in April only and I called myself the area manager for inspection also. *.the notice period charges are totally invalid as I raised the notice in March only as per the rules of nestaway and I followed my moveout date and moved out that day only .. only the inspection was delayed due to corona. *. The rent charged applied on me are invalid as only the inspection is done on * may I moved out in April only By informing nestaway people so they assured me on a call I recieved on nestaway that I will get my full refund but only the inspection will be delayed. *.even the painting charges applied on me I can accept but when I was vacating the flat before * months that were only ***** as I checked once so it is waste to stay more than * months as u charge more after that. *. I trusted nestaway for * years and never faced any problem but why this time .. * still ***** is balance on nestaway which needs to be refunded to me . I am also attaching the pics ofrent receipt which proves that my moveout was in April * as it's clearly mentioned no April and May rent which was modified later after so many requests now nestaway is saying give us something in written then only but they promised me on call from nestaway number
