Nestaway Technologies Private Limited - Security deposit have not been refunded

We have vacated our rented flat in Bangalore on **st March **** and our owner has returned the security deposit back to nestaway on **st April. As per the nestaway policy we were suppose to get back the deposite within ** days.
We have paid Rs. *.*L as deposite after deduction of maintenance charges we are suppose to get back *.**L.
It has been over a month and we are still waiting for the refund.
