I was asked by the company to move to another property with a much lower standard facility due to the construction near the building falling down. They had forced me to pay more to stay in a much lower standard room which was not up to the mark.
I had no option but to leave, search, and move to another property cause of the inconvenience caused by the company. I was guaranteed that the security deposit would be REFUNDED IN FULL. When the settlement receipt was sent to my mail, they had held back an extra month's electricity bill (Rs.*,***) and Rs.**,*** in some bogus offer which I had never opted for.
This has caused me a great deal of stress and worry and has cost me my mental peace and health.
