I had reserved Colive Highland on **th Aug ****.Paid even the deposits and rent.As I was not able to move in to the property due to my posting at Delhi, I informed the sales person.Even though I had not moved in ,colive team had willfully modified my checkin status as moved. Sales team had assured me of the refund over phone . But refused to respond to my emails and calls done after Oct ****.
Services requests and customer support calls went in vain as sales team sit behind them and evade from answering the client.
Please help to get the money refunded
