I ordered this chair on *th Feb and received on **th Feb ****.
I assembled the Desire *** chair on **th Feb and given feedback to Cellbell team over WhatsApp that seat is hard. Please look into it and get some inspection done and if found defective piece then kindly replace, however they say what ever we have shared is absolutely right and we are apologies and we can't help for any replacement and they didn't given any answer on inspection.
