It's been * weeks since i receive the damaged product of High back chair from CELL bell, have tried reaching all the communications provided on the box like watsapp for immediate response, but unfortunately those numbers are not working no telephone support. i sent a mail will all the valid damage details, reached chat support and follow up daily , but i receive only update from the chat support that sent it for review to internal team waiting for the update, it's been like a daily routine for me and mentally horrible to get my refund of money. finally after many followups received mail that it is eligible for part replacement only no replacement or refund as per the warranty. i haven't registered the product for warranty , how they will say it as under warranty only part replacement.
