Cellbell - Defective Product received denied refund for return

I received chair with defective hydraulic, tilted seat, missing parts and a faulty hydraulic cover. Despite numerous interactions with customer support, the proposed solutions involve a **% refund deduction or a partial replacement. They took * days to provide a partial solution for only the hydraulic issue.
Also they are charging me *** for the re-installation of replaced hydraulic. This has not only affected my physical well-being but has also resulted in a significant loss of time and productivity. I am being mentally harassed by the company by forcing me to use their service and at the same time not providing a fair solution to my problem. I've suffered significant loss in productivity at my work due to the delay in support.
