Rossette Grand Vacations Resorts Private Limite - Scammed of money

I, visited hotel Sarovar Portico Noida, on **st october ****. when I received the call from their representative that me & my wife are selected to get holiday membership and it's not chargeable. We meet there and were assured that we need to deposit ₹**,***/- only. rest payment will be done via credit card to get me the membership. But I didn't have the credit card and mentioned this to the team person. He assured that he will arrange the credit card for me via some bank while I told him that I may not be eligible for card. Till now nor card is done, nor I got my money back. Please do needful on this matter. I was also assured that I will receive some agreement or documents but still nothing received in place of that they gave me some envelope and when I opened that it had some rough paper only.
