We were tactically got the signed up for a membership with false/incorrect information by sales team about payment plan and other details.We asked to cancel the membership with the allowed ** days free look cancellation period but they are blaming us that we tempered the documents while we didn't received and hard copy documents and just took photos of docs that they got us signed. We shared the payment slips and all but they simply denying the cancellation and not given proper explanation and only one number to contact and customer service is rude.
