Rossette Grand Vacations Resorts Private Limite - fraud miscommitment

I regret to say that my experience visiting your workshop at Gaur Sarovar Premiere was extremely disappointing. Here are the issues I encountered:

Misrepresentation: I informed the team member and the supervisor that we would have a total of * attendees and was assured of a buffet dinner. However, after the workshop, I was told that I needed to pay for one person.

Rude Behavior: The individual who attended to us displayed incredibly rude behaviour, making personal attacks such as, 'Sir, you can't even afford to pay a **** Rs EMI in a month.'

Unprofessional Conduct: When I requested to see the individual's visiting card or ID card so I could contact customer service, he responded with unprofessional language, stating that even though he had his ID card and visiting card, he would not show them to me and to do whatever I wanted.

Dishonesty: I was informed that the supervisor, Mohit, was not present, but later found out he was indeed at the workshop and also behaved inappropriately.

Furthermore, I paid for a buffet charge at Gaur Sarovar Premiere, with the assurance that the call recording would be checked and necessary actions taken, but no attempts were made to contact me.

I will never recommend Rossette Grand to anyone based on this experience
